The different options of the breakfast plus the customer service. The location was convenient, it was my first time in Juárez and I felt safe in the zone, the location close to different restaurants is convenient as well.

There is a direct elevator to the rooms, so you don’t have to pass through the lobby every time you’re going to your room. It’s quiet and comfortable. Rooftop 10/10

The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is also amazing with a great view of the city. The room was also very good.

Everything service was an excellent experience and everyone off the staff made us feel comfortable and like family. Will definitely come back.
